Doombar, British Bulldog and... best of all, Adnams bitter. The beer was well kept and the bar staff were nice. | Went here for a meal last night. Place busy but a couple of tables free. Staff very helpful, food nice, beer good, nice fire. Really very good. Oh, and prices now reasonable - several mains under �10, and an excellent very large bit of nicely cooked venison was �14, which seems fair enough. blah1234 - 18 Dec 2011 10:25 |
| Went out for a meal here for the first time in a few years and wondered why we hadn't been on more occasions. Beer was good before the meal and the meal was very tasty and good value.
