Second pub on the pre match drinking before the U's 2-2 draw with the Millers. Decent food to keep us going on the Kelham tour and pretty decent beer range, we had a couple in here, I had a session bitter which was pretty good and a golden ale, pretty decent ale selection.7/10

No wifi. No John Smiths. No J20s and they ran out of orange juice.
Nice outdoor seating area.
I had a Cajun chicken burger, definitely not worth the £8 something it cost, burger was nice enough, a little small and only came with about 3 chips, a small sprinkling of side salad. Although its nice to sit outside I don't think we will bother eating here again.

Does not really stand comparison with the Harlequin, Fat Cat and Kelham Island Tavern, but of itself isn't bad - pleasant decor, good position (especially in decent weather) and what seems like an adequate menu.

Dropped in again only this time the pint of Krakken was undrinkable

As it describes itself - cafe bar as opposed to pub. Was nice enough and the pint of Kraken was drinkable.
