| What is it with this place that it gets a refit and a name change every 2 years or so? Now called Kosho, as you'll see above the pic it used to be Bar Mango before Custom House, and it was Global Cafe before that. | As Romford goes this place is OK but that is only as Romford goes. Reasonable pint of Marstons Ped, food usual pub grub. Service (now there's a word).
