This place is now closed. The land is now owned by Farmfoods and planning application for a Farmfoods store being considered.

Shame to see another pub go but the Rodourne hasn't been much of a pub for many years now. It looks a right eyesore all boarded up and derelict.
I don't think it fits Wetherspoons profile - too far out of town. Demolition is probably the kindest outcome for all concerned.

So much for the Wetherspoons, article in the local paper tonight says that the pub is going to be demolished and a 'farmfoods' shop built on the site.

I hear on the grapevine that this pub is now closed and rumoured to have been bought by Wetherspoons. Time will tell.

Well glad it got taken over from the nobs that had it before, they were more intrested in drinking the profits and getting trashed then working. Right nobs......

Don't think a lot of this place. Supposed to have been done up! Only been here once so god knows what it was like before. A bit chavy sorry.

Too far out for me to go visiting, but I know the people running it from years ago & if they are as good as they were it should go from strength to strength. (Brewery/big company permitting).

This pub has just been taken over by new people after years of neglect. We are all hoping the new owners will do something decent with it. It would be great if they started doing food, and if they reinstated the lounge bar as a quiet place to eat and talk. Watch this space!
