Large beefeater pub. There is always a couple of ales on which is a choice of Pride or Pedigree. Usually go for the Pedigree which has always been perfectly drinkable. Can't comment of the food as have not eaten there but I am sure it's perfectly OK.
Large garden out the front with a statue of a spitfire which I guess is a nod to the connections that the area has with the RAF with the RAF Northolt airbase being located in fairly close proximity.
The garden was quite lively on a Sunday afternoon with a mix of families and table of lads with mullet type haircuts drinking bulmers with blond slappers with fake tans and back tattoos.
No reason for this to put anyone off as everyone was perfectly friendly and the atmosphere convivial.
I'm sure I will return for a beer or two at some point

Very busy yesterday evening at 7pm as families took advantage of the early bird offers but we found a table easily enough for a quick drink. London Pride is still available but I chose the Marston's Sweet Chariot which seemed a little thin but tasted OK. There is nothing exciting about this large pub but it did a job.

It's a Beefeater so a standard corporate menu. However, the Sunday lunch was pretty good.
As to the beer, only London Pride, but in very good nick.
Might even go back, one day.

Love this pub it is so good for a quiet drink with a selected number of friends. A bigger selection of beers and more comfortable chairs would make it much better.
Apart from that it is excellent.

Had an excellent meal there during the week with some friends.
Service was good and i'd definately go back.

Big pub popped in ordered a pint of Pride told it had just gone off and would take about 15mins to change it!!!! waited for about 10mins with no sign of anyone changing it!! went to a nearby pub where they new about beer.

The bar is full fo idiots on the weekend. There is always a police van at the carpark gates at closing time.
The food though is good!

frequented by ruislip pretty boys and girls, but a good place nonetheless. Nice garden and good food, plus they let kids in til 9ish.
