This is now called REHAB, and after visiting this sepulchral joint you might think rehab was preferable. Dark, dingy, and pretty empty. There was a party of girls at the next table who sporadically danced, although several were clearly too bladdered to attempt anything which required physical coordination. Bar staff were friendly enough though, and it's still a lot better than Mosquito just up the drag.

cool dance floor and teddy machine good prices always really crowded when i go there though!

Well Where to start!! After swimming in the ladies and paying �2 for a lollypop then being stood on by midgets I decided that it was time to leave!!!
Not the best place in watford!!!

That dj jarvis has been playing at a pub in Hitchin, I know someone who lives over that way, they said the pub he's playing at used to be really good before he started their.

I go to bar me alot (love it) it has changed alot but as for the last couple of comments i dont think those people know what thier talkin about, i know neil the head doorman well and i also know if you dont have ID they wont let you in (lost mine had to go home and get my passport even though they know me), lot of new bar staff i will give you that, ones a friend of mine she loves working there, she told me there used to be a smell but thats was when the old manager was there, not met the new guy though, still a good place to go but Watford as a hole (exscuse the pun) is not what it used to be XxX

this place has gone downhill so bad , it used to be so well known for the barstaff and DJs for being out of controll (in a good way) MONDAY nights were so good you would go and not know what to expect what the DJ would throw at you this week
it was BRILL but now its such an anti-climax
where did that DJ JARVIS go he was all over Watford now we dont see him anywhere ???????????

I went here a couple of Saturday's ago.. The first thing myself and mates noticed was the smell! It reeked of sick! Class. If it wasn't for the good music, we probably wouldn't have stayed in there for as long as we did. They played wicked old skool dance classics. Did wonder if I was gonna be one of the older people in there (and i'm only 24), but we gave it time, and it soon got busier with groups of older lads and girls. Was a good night in there, and although it's a bit on the stinky side, i'd go back there to start off my next drinking sesh in Watford!

Not been in here for a while but hell its still the best bar in town nuts out kinda place i mean its busy the music is good and always different plus during the week its cheap its had a paint job inside and looks better for it, shame they havnt changed the front, he he he.

Well the last person hasn't been in there recently. yes it has gone down hill a bit however I found out that there is a new manager.. who knows what is round the corner.. maybe the old Bar Me will return. Staff are still a laugh and service is good with a smile.Music is still good, Saturdays are wicked and very busy, don't like RnB so not keen on Fridays but still a good night.

all of the bad comments are true, trouble always kicks off, bar me have cheapened themselves by putting cages and poles in there, and then big fat heffers jump in them, the staff dont seem to want to serve customers have more fun jumping on the bar, and their loser manager in there shouts at people to get away from the bar while his bar staff jump up and throw alcohol everywhere, its like a zoo, as soon as they jump up there everyone dashes towards the bar to get free shots.
Massive attitude everyone in there, and it is like a childrens playschool in there, will give credit where its due the only good thing about this place is the cheap drinks and the exit

This place has a really unwelcoming atmosphere...it feels like something bad is waiting to happen when you're in there! Its really dingy and dark, it took me half an hour to find the girls loo's..and when I eventually found them, there were only 3 cubicles and an hour long queue! I agree its full of chavs and complete slags...of which one tried to come on to my boyfriend while I was in those bloody toilets for so long!!

Not worth the wait in the oversized queue! especially when theres no one inside!
drinx are too expensive and door staff are rude. service slow and dont always get what you ordered. wouldnt pay to get into a playground thanks!

Just got back to uni, had a wicked time at Bar Me in the Easter. Who cares if there is a young croud, keeps sad old people out! The staff are amazing, i think they dance more than the customers, and still get drinks quicker than anywhere else in Watford.

Used to go here a lot but once it grow in popularity it got way to over crowded as its tiny and now they charge entry. Very very hot and sweaty and the loos are a joke!
Used to do wicked large cocktails and bar games but think that�s all stopped.

great place, good music! bouncers seem ok, lively, bit small though. the bar staff are always giving off a good happy environment. luv it!

Pretty good pub, great for students, many a good deal and plenty of themed nights. Definetly worth a visit.
