To explain my previous comment - badly cooked food, tasteless beer, loud unpleasant customers, unwelcoming staff, tatty decor, hostile reception - that about does it.. It really wasn;t worth making the effort.

yep yer rite heedo ma man couldna agree more the local regulars are tossers & the staff are rite up themselves it would be better with new staff . i doubt ill be bak

This is a traditional pub, with a warm friendly welcome shown to all. The food is good pub food without all the fancy extras making it affordable, with plenty to choose from and a good childrens menu.

This pub,is the one pub,i would never go back to.
The attitude of the staff and the manageress she has a chip on her soldier.
Maybe this pub would do better with new staff there a joke.

Crap pub, staff are arrogant and up their own asses, the regulars are all tossers, pool table is severly uneven
