Sandinos is a great place for a few harmless pints. only problem is that its a pound to get in on a saturday night, stick that in ur jammy pipe and smoke it for christmass.
the barwoman in there is a saucy minx, her name clarky and she has classy buns.

This pub is a godsend in a town where good beer is an unknown quantity. The choice of beer is average by the standards of some of the pubs I have visited in London, but for the North West of Ireland it is great.
Personally I recommend the Erdinger, 4 varities are available here (including the alcohol free one).
The music is generally good, and the atmosphere is always friendly. A new over 21 policy also means that there is no danger of a teenage crowd destroying this jewel of pub!

Bright yellow edifice next to the main bus station. A great place for a drink day or night. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate keep the daytime crowds happy. Being in Ireland you can expect no ale, but a good selection of bottles 3 varieties of Erdinger, Budvar, Cobra, Krombacher and more.
But the decor is great, walls covered in images of Latin American revolutionaries and completely unecesary chili lights around the bar. And the music, chosen by the bar staff, always seems to fit the mood.

This bar is a shrine to all that is good in this world.the staff that work there are extremely friendly and it is good for a game of pool.Go there if ur coming up 4 the Bloody Sunday march, its close to the bus depot.

Sandinos is a place where wannabe radicals and musicians meet to become style- a- holics this bar can is a lame excuse for a watering hole.

Sandinos is a gem of a place offering a brilliant selection of belgian beers and unusual drinks. Pictures of Che Guevara adorn the walls alongside radical anti-local (nameless) defence company slogans. On Sundays they have the best traditional music session in Derry. Its liberal, relaxed anything goes culture is a real breath of fresh air on the Derry drinking scene. Small wonder it has a cult clientele.
