This pub is now run by the government so they get their benefits back. Shithole, shit people.

Jeremy Kyle would not even the the customers from here on his show.

sticky floors, over weight chavvy girls, horrible lager pints, loud chavvy music, missing teeth, ben sherman shirts and crew cuts from the 90's - welcome to the kinsgbury aylesbury.

The Venue should be renamed the Benefit Arms, as its the number stop off point after signing on. When you walk in the Kingsbury, its like walking into a Wild West saloon in 19th century, with everyone turning round to see the stranger in town.

The service is sound enough; however, the selection is pretty limited. Real Ale enthusiasts will find it grim. The menu looks nice, but it is dangerous to judge a book by its cover, my first and last meal there had me studying the "Armitage Shanks" logo at home for far too long for my liking.

The atmosphere is as clicky as Spanish maracas, with the locals in there looking like something from 'The Deliverance'. I once dared to sit on stool at one of the one of the high tables; you would have thought I was a mass murderer for the stares I encountered.

The TV's are always on, even for non live sport, or simply non event sport. The World Curling Championship would get an airing in here no worries.

Its always had a Chav element, but this has escalated to scary heights since the closing of Hobgoblin. They have now turned the Kingsbury into a cross between the Southcourt Housing Estate and the Jeremy Kyle show.

What doesn't help is that the Kingsbury doesn't seem to be loved by its owners. If this place was taken over by a hard working couple, willing to put the graft in for the long run, then this place has potential. It's a cracking sized place, a great location in the nicer part of town. Get rid of the scum giving this place a name of shame, and bring back the glory days when we had live bands once a month. In the interim, I'm afraid it's to be avoided at all costs. So therefore, do yourself a favour and take a 2 minute stroll to the Kings Head.

Well all I can say is WOW. The kingsbury serves great food and drinks. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the whole pub seems to have changed for the better since I last went in there. New management and staff seem to be having a great effect on the place. I would recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the great work guys.

I have not been to the Litten Tree for two years, however walked past the over day, saw a couple off changes, so i thought i would go into the Kingsbury as it is called now. Wow the beers really tasted great and the food was unbelievable value for money. I dont know whats happened, however the pub seemed to have a great atmosphere and seemed a lot cleaner! Will definatly be visiting the pub more often!

if aylesbury had a public toilett the kingsbury would be it !
18 monthes ago it had quite a nice refitt but as the manager left it has now been left to rot ever since .
mainly populated by the stella crew normaly found on the benches around the square or the local homeless
its a great shame as it was realy starting to come together but now its just run down dirty and badly run !
avoid at all costs

I love the changes that have happened over the past few months it is more customer friendly to what it used to be and I enjoy going into the pub to drink you have great friendly staff and a lovely food menu selection great turn around to how it use to be and to wait to see what future changes are made if there anything like the past couple of months then we all have something to look forward to

Seems to be the place for people who don't feel at home in any of the nicer pubs in town. Cheap pints and lots of TVs showing sport but absolutely no other reason to visit. If you're only interested in cheap alcohol then go to an off-licence. This place packs people in at weekends in the evening but I can't see why.
