This place is now closed and being converted into social housing. Finally a useful purpose for the place!

Great Atmosphere. Every kind of person immaginable. Good cheap food. Beer not over priced. Guvnor seems a nice bloke.

Used to go to this pub a while ago, and could have a laugh in there. the laugh was had at the 17-year-old virgin schoolboys, who every drunken saturday night would be 'tricked' (no other word) by 45-year-old single mums into...

other than that, it's ok. a nice little dive bar but with light and crappy chart music.

I obviously picked the wrong time to visit as I found myself in the middle of Joshuas christening party. My senses were therefore accosted by Whigfield and Village People courtesy of someones sister whod been put in charge of the music. Difficult to judge the pub really, no real ales and I cant imagine it gets too busy, dont think Ill be going back.

I totally disagree with Darren. I find his comments particularly distasteful. The pub is a wealth eclectic clientele, with Laura(head Bar-maid) a particular favourite! Darren, what are you talking avout!!!!!
