Disappointingly average. Slight plus was Rebel Surfbum at just £3 a pint, also on sale were Skinners Lushingtons, Sharps Sea Fury and one from Cornish Chough. Not a pub for the tall.

Excellent quirky pub, great beer well worth a visit.

A smashing little pub with at least four beers, two from the local Chough Brewery and the beers were excellent. As the Lizard is a tourist infested area I expected the prices to be high, surprisingly they were very cheap not just the beer but the food also. This pub is a genuine freehouse, the service is polite and swift.I would happily stay close by and use this pub on a daily/twice daily basis. A faultless pub that deserves a very high rating. 9/10.Look out for the Chough Brewery glasses.

Very nice little pub in unspoilt Lizard. We arrived in cornwall on the saturday, quickly unpacked and rushed down to their annual beer festival. The beers were in excellent condition as always. The young lady singing at the time was also very good.

From the outside, it looks as if it might be a restaurant, but its actually a very nice little pub. Could only stay for 1, but it was very nice!

Top pub.... Friday night bbq was excellent. Betty Stoggs and tribute well kept. Grat beer garden. Preferred pub in the lizard.

A small but friendly pub with a lovely beer garden in the summer. Free house so use only local ales from a local brewery. Since the locals were excluded from the Top House we have been using the pub regularly. Food is excellent and reasonably priced and the pub tends to have a nice atmosphere. Can be a little cramped when it rains though!

We ate here as a party of 8 with 3 small children and we couldn't have been made more welcome. Generally we found the food in the area to be very average but this is a real treat. The hake was some of the best fish I have ever had and the steaks were fab. It was not expensive in comparison with many similar local eateries. We would highly recommend this to anyone down in that area.
