Great Pub! Near the church (which has 5 bells ;-) Still Greedy King but guest ales and great food.
New tenants are very keen and create a great atmosphere.
Large enclosed garden, good for parents (kids).
2 separate bars so no TV in the "eating" bar - also a separate area for food off the main bar and (in the warmer months) in the "bard" between the enclosed garden and the pub.
Well worth a visit lunch or evening especially weekends with the parents (kids)!

Pleasant owners, recently refurbished (carefully done to freshen the appearance yet maintain/retain the original feel). Worth a visit.

This is a very good public house the owners will allways do their best for you and the christmas meals are great, i rate this the most consistent pub in the village.

Had our Christmas meal here and it was really rather rubbish - not recommended

A great local village pub, where people still talk to each other and to you. Well-kept beers, though sadly they are usually all from the dreaded GK, who dont allow them a guest beer. Very good meals, lunchtime and evening, and good value too.

Good village boozer.

Just the standard range of Greene King's beers, unfortunately, but the food is excellent.

Large enclosed garden, good for kids.
