Very limited seating if you are not eating. Large empty eating area out of bounds for people only having a drink.

Stayed at the Red Lion on a Friday. Meal was very nice and reasonably priced. The only disapointment was the service in the restaurant, plenty of pretty staff on but too busy chatting! The two gents behind the bar were very polite indeed - most impressed.

Just returned to Good Beer Guide after a long break, and very pleasant village pub, but real ale very poor, tasted like had sat in the pipes all day. Almost entirely under 25 crowd - has it changed recently ?

Recently refurbished conservatory/restaurant. Good food, drink and accomodation.

Its great because it has generous portions and delicious food, a fab place to talk over dinner. With very reasonable prices I recomend it to anyone.

Serves beer and food and it has a sky television.
