This was the best of the three pubs we went into in the Falsgrave area. The décor and feel of the place was nice and it was much busier than Commercial and Ship. Presumably it was busy as it has good beer and service. According to one of my friend it is one of the cheapest places in Scarborough for a drink.

A massive improvement. A new couple at the helm and the beer already improved in terms of quality, choice and price.

Cask ales were Mansfield for 2.20 and Hobgobblin and Pedigree both at just 2.60.

The place has also had a tidy up.

An interesting pub. Beer not great, but handy if you're on your way into town.

Friendly local with OK beer. Open late so I generally find my way in later on.

Matt the landlord books some quality artists although it can be a little loud owing to the size of the pub.

Bog standard place really, not offensive, more the place i would pop in for one every so often. It has a pool table and a real ale on, which is why i would go in

Good guest beer, friendly welcome from Matt (the landlord) very varied selection of Live Music every weekend and only a walk away from Scarborough town centre, well worth a visit.
