Used to be a decent pub when Switch ran it. The last time I was in there the bar staff were more concerned with giving out towels to the residents than serving anyone beer. I'll give it a swerve on match days now.

Not a bad pub not been in here since Spurs won the Carling cup and obvious there was a great atmosphere that day. In quieter times it is a pleasant place for a drink. Years ago there was a green light at the front covering the whole wall and as a kid I used to run under this light and say look I have gone all green! (I assure you I was not drinking then!!!). Okay for a quick pint.

Traditional pub steeped in the long glorious history of the world famous Tottenham Hotspur.

Needed a pee whilst my Spurs-mad brother was ducking into the Spurs Shop to stock up on memorabilia to take back to Australia with him. The pub on the corner was shut so I went in here instead. Bought half a pint while me and the wife nipped to the bogs. Was slightly scared to enter, given the look and rep of this area, but was pleasantly surprised by a friendly, laid-back pub. Wouldnt exactly seek this one out, but if you're in the area, it's probably not a bad place for a drink. I'm sure that everything about it changes at match times, however.

I stopped going in this pub because it was horrible it used to be run by this tank of a woman nasty bit of work. Anyway word has gone round that new owners were in and oh boy what a great couple. This pub is what a spurs pub is all about. Jay and V the management are exceptional they are so funny and friedly. We are going to vote this pub of the year and get them entered into pub couple of the year. The atmosphere is just great and the V cannot do enough for you. The beer is first class. If you are a home fan go there V puts on great sandwiches after the match! Can I have some pickle in the cheese please lol

Long live J & V welcome to Tottenham

The Bell & Hare is semi-legendary mainly due to its proximity to the White Hart Lane Stadium less than a good hoof away. Once upon a time the players could be regularly seen propping up the bar after a match but dont expect to rub shoulders with todays superstars, or even any Spurs players. At face value this is a quite dull but functional pub catering for the locals although in its favour it does still retain its original twin bar interior and has managed to resist the temptation to undergo any drastic modern refurbishments. The main bar is pretty standard with lots of paneling, plain ceilings, a rather nondescript brick fireplace, Big Screen and job lot standard pub carpet. Opposite is the public bar with pool table, 2 dart boards, DJ area and a few more TVs. Spurs scarves, pennants, pictures etc are dotted about but not as overpowering than some of the neighbouring pubs. Drink selection is pretty standard mass market keg and lagers no real ales. To the rear is a conservatory which is usually the best place for a seat on match day unless you fancy a bench in the car park and a tinny from the exclusive match day footie bar but you would need to be really desperate to resort to such depths. This is the sort of pub that is best with the crowds and when not busy would come over as quite hollow, uninteresting, formulaic and probably best left to the locals.

Definitely the best pub for Spurs Fans! It has a large outside area, so it is perfect on sunnier days, it also has an outdoor bar which is well used on match days. A great atmosphere. Friendly bar staff too! (Carole and Maureen!)

Situated very close to the south stand of White Hart Lane this is an extremely popular pub with Tottenham Hotspur fans, and therefore busy on match days, however provides a great atmosphere, particularly on derby days!
