Litten Tree, Barnstapleback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
As previously reported this is "The Watergate ", a reasonable enough JDW outlet, sadly bite is shit at updating but yeah it's an ok spoons ... 7/10

I believe that this pub is now a Wetherspoons pub call the 'Watergate'.
Not a bad one at that.

It's now called 'FUNKY MUNKYS' open til 4ish thurs-sat. great if your out of your tree (no pun intended) or not very fussy. It's a 'PLUB'(my word for a pub trying to be a club & 'charging' to get in.... not if you paid me!!!)
Cheep bar price's & drink deals.
I love these place's for one reason only ... it keeps all the sqad's & slap's out of the bar's i do freqent.
for that i rate it reasonably.

I just want to say what a brilliant night i had in the litten tree on saturday,,all the staff were dressed up in skool uniform(yeah baby) you should see the legs and other,,,apparently its every friday and saturday they dress up for fun, i asked barmaid whats next week,, friday skool uniform and saturday is hawaian night, if you turn up in fancy dress or the above you get free entry,, and the ladies get free entry b4 11.. guess where im going next week....

Nice place to be in, the new manager realy clened up the place looks inviting for office people in the day and for after work drinks, i went in there yesterday had a coffee and a danish pastry and some lunch from the new menu(i must say the food and service has improved , they had news papers on the bar(very nice) the manager came to my table and asked to join me and asked what would i like to see diffrent from an office workers point of view,,(seems very efficient and determined to turn the place around) i would recomend the litten tree from now on its the place to be.

me and the misses went in there a few weeks ago around 6.30 . the bar area was unclean and when we walked to the table the carpet was like a icerink and when we sat sat down we noticed a rather un pleasant smell about the place and to think we was going to order a meal in this place ???please whoever is running this place get a grip quick.
