Good decent boozer.
Visited Saturday lunchtime and also early evening. Both times the pub was doing good business, bar staff very friendly and efficient.
Beers were Black Sheep, Pride and Abbott. Enjoyed a few pints and frames of pool,
Nice location overlooking the harbour and some seating outside. Would certainly have this as my local if I lived in Folkestone.

This lovely Pub is now serving authentic Thai food and having eaten there three times now I have to highly recommend it anyone. The price is always reasonable and the service is always friendly and helpful.

The ship is now serving authentic Thai food, which I have to say is the best I've tasted in a very long time. Music is now on over the weekends, this ranges from 60's and 70's rock to old time Trad Jazz as well as an excellent folk band called Jiggit. A very warm welcome awaits the thirsty ale drinker, with some excellent ales as well as a "guest" ale that changes every month or so. All in all an excellent pub with a great atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

There are two pubs on the Stade that are like chalk and cheese, this one and The Mariners. The Ship is full of noise, music and colourful characters and on both evening and lunchtimes visits was the more popular of the two. Superbly located right alongside the harbour with it's fishing boats and seafood stalls.

A decent, traditional sort of pub, with nibbles on the bar as you would expect in this kind of place on a Sunday lunchtime. Two handpumps, including a nice pint of London Pride. Well worth a visit.

Found totally by chance down by the harbour, the place is a storming place to be. A wonderful view of the harbour, but I can imagine it heaving with tourists over the summer.
