Got chatting to some Kerryman called John whose dwinking habit gawd bless him, made his spittle make a move in my direction, also spoke to a Mossy Flood from Longford.

Top drawer and QPR!

Called in here last Saturday in October. Really liked it. Didn't know where to go so just took a chance. It was full of football supporters but they left within half an hour and was just a small few people there. Very homely feel to this place and pint was good. Would call again.

Came in here for the first time last night and would go back if I was in the area. Nice cosy feel, no ales on draught but a good place to visit. Very decced out for Xmas.

S&F is a much under-rated cosy, little one-room pub predominately serving the local the veteran drinkers. Very reasonably priced pints, in fact probably the cheapest in the area.

A brilliant old fashioned pub with excellent staff & friendly regulars (once they have found out who you are) First started using it about 8 years ago as a QPR supporter but moved to the 'Bush' now it is a second home. The landlord regularly puts his hand in his pocket & treats us but he will not tolerate any nonsense, sales people (hawkers as he calls them) are refused entry to the delight of customers. The staff are happy and cheerful

Unspoilt street-corner local, cosy interior, well worth a visit for a quiet pint. nice barmaid.

I like this place. Cosy and old fashioned. Great landlord. Unfortunately I've been short changed twice recently, same barmaid each time. First time I wasn't quick enough, next time I handed over a fiver and a 2 pound coin for two pints coming to 5.80. Got 20p back. She acknowledged her mistake in a very matter of fact way.

You cannot seriously be talking about the same pub here algis100. What do you mean there is no decor? The "Flock" is a little gem of a pub and very cosy and tasteful the decor is too. The beer here (especially the Guinness) is excellent and the staff are spot on. It's my favourite pub in Shepherd's Bush and one of the nicest in London.

went there ten years ago, had tetleys, yeah proper irish pub, it was quiet when i went in (i was up there doing a course at the college on goldhawk road).
irish guy behind the bar, smart shirt and tie, a dark wood, smelt a bit stale, v.quiet and tranquille, thoroughly enjoyed myself, although i could imagine it had some unsavoury characters in the evening times!

This is the spot. They say the Cavan people are mean but it can't be said for this Landlord. Yes indeed he's not shy when it comes to treating his customers to a drink on the house. The staff are great and its a nice clean pub, the drink is not tampered with and they stock Magners. What more can a person want. Keep up the good work

Nice little Irish boozer. Always willing to put the Irish footie on, good guinness, lovely barmaids. Friendly punters who'll reminisce about watching Fulham in the 50s. Proper pub.

friendly and efficient Irish pub with tidy East Euro bargirls.
Always fast at the bar and punters cooperative.

A personal favorite.

A few old men nursing their pints and staring into space, a bored-looking couple at the bar, but not unpleasant. However, will try again to see if there is more life than this usually.

Nice little pub worth a pint in the day

drink here whenever i go to shepherds bush. friendly staff, cheap enough drinks. the customers don't mind a chat! despite aforementioned barred people from o'donoghues (i've never been there so i can't comment) it's not very often i see new faces in there (i have been more recently though) and it's even less often that i see trouble in there! when there has been trouble it's been caused by non-regulars who are swiftly barred. it is very smokey

Oh my God, what a shithole. The people in here look like they've been whacked over the head with something at birth.
No point describing the decor as there isn't any.
Apparently people who are barred from the prickly O'Donoghues up the road come here. So therefore, you shouldn't.
Stay away.

Come on you Rangers. Now my preferred pre match pint. Old fashioned, smokey and pokey. Footie on the telly. Cold, cheap lager. Not done up in any way whatsoever. Splendid.

Visit here before evening games when the Rangers are on. Very pleasant but seems to have got more popular recently. Small and cosy. Like it

No complications about this place, it's a small Irish pub that's quite friendly and good enough for an occasional visit for a few beers with mates.

As with every other pub of this type, people claim it's got the best pint of Guinness they've ever tasted.
