sadly we can't review this bar.
The doorman wouldn't let is in. The bar was far from crowded, we were well dressed, not under age, not drunk and not wearing football colours, not a stag or hen night. In fact there was only three of us, two male and one female.
When we went to open the door to enter the pub, the doorman pushed his finger to the chest of our friend and just said "NO!", when asked in very polite terms why we couldn't enter he then just "NO!" and put his foot in the way.
Luckily we were staying at the wonderful hotel a few doors down, which not only has an amazing bar, but expert bar staff.
Maybe the doorman was having a bad day.

Decent Indie music,had some Kopperberg to vary the G onslaught-open slightly later than some of the other pubs near Grafton St,so a big plus point....Though The only thing Irish about this pub was the postcode...

Surprised at the low ratings for this pub - I thought it OK, although the service was eccentric at times..

Okay pint. Few too many nouveau riche shapers of a Saturday. Not the worst place to get dragged to, but not the best bar in the area by any stretch.

I've enjoyed the Lemon on a few occasions. Good pint, close to my usual hotel (!), young-ish crowd. But you're not very likely to get into a good conversation if you're a visitor. Admire the collection of sports tickets.

Rubbish pub stuffed to the gills with pseudo-style-nazis. Worse than the William Tell and that's saying something.
Having said that, the staff are decent and quick, pity them for having to put up with the non-people that swarm to it!

This is the nearest thing to an English style Pub,of course you'll get the "Black stuff",but there are several other brews as well,the food is also great and no getting thrown out at 11pm
