God knows what happened to this place, used to be heaving.

You're lucky if you get 5 people in there these days.

The landlord's a tosser. Probably why. Avoid.

The White Hart can get busy, went on 14 Jan 07 and there was a great house-party. A fantastic mixed crowd, noisy but very pleasant, great fun to see. A couple of mobile phone pix to prove, that there is life out there.

Reference the owners (James and Roy), who "anonymous" referred to on 04th Jan 07, they are actually quite nice once you get to know them. Not everyone fit's into the modern picture of "customer orientated" folk. I certainly wouldn't.

This is a REAL pub (in the old fashioned sense). Lovely wooden interior, properly washed and dried glasses, low prices (a pint of good quality beer is 2.50-2.80, a big bottle of water 1.20), and i like the mix of straight and gay. This pub could lead the future to "metrosexuality", and people actually do mix.

Been there for about 4 weekends on the trot....suppose it would be ok if there were more than a dozen people in there at a time!

Pubstars National Karaoke competition is being held there at the moment. Next Week, 12th March 2006 is the 6th and final heat. If you're into Karaoke, get along down there and do your thang!!!

Tucked away in a corner of North London is the gay scene's best kept secret. The White Hart is a traditional kind of pub offering a typical British decor and a wide array of beers, alcopops and shots (We recommend the "Goldschlagger" if you're on a mission!)

A lunch menu is always on display and at other times the landlords are always happy to knock you a little something up if it's not too busy.
Sunday lunches are a popular choice. Roast dinners and other hearty fayre (Steak & Ale pie anyone?) are regularly on offer and the portions are more than generous.

Inside, the establishment offers two bars. The "straight" side is furnished with pool tables, a jukebox, tv and games machines while the "gay" side proudly displays a huge professional sized stage on which cabaret shows and/or karaoke nights are performed every weekend.

Try it, you'll like it

Fun cabaret, great karaoke, great fast friendly staff, two decent sized pool tables.
A bit over priced in the back bar, but i guess that pays for the entertainment.
No real complaints, other than the owner could be a bit more people friendly, it goes a long way to be greated with a smile and a "hello" other than a suspecting glare which made me feel a little uncomfortable.

I love this pub. Possibly the best, friendliest pub I've been to in London

Totally ace pub, a real undiscovered gem. Friendliest staff ever, 2 pool tables, cracking jukebox (regularly updated, good variety of styles), another bar where the gays hang out but it's all very cordial and they have Karaoke on a friday. Cheap too, and they have a late licence and are two minutes from the tube with a cashpoint and a Burger King AND a KFC just over the road. Go!
