Two Half's, Sydenhamback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
Still doesn't sell real beer (just women's stuff, like lager).
That spelling ("The Two Half's") annoys me greatly. Does the pub belong to "Two Half", or is it simply proclaiming its state of being ("The Two Half Is") with an inappropriate contraction? Makes me want to vandalise the sign with a correction.
At least the 'Naborhood Centre' next door has a historical and relevant reason for what appears to be bad spelling/english.
Want to go somewhere nice to drink that isn't noisy, dirty, and poor on service? Keep walking towards Catford a hundred yards or so, and keep an eye on the left - real beer, attentive staff, and a quiet atmosphere are to be had elsewhere without a long journey.

New landlady in town!!!! hopfully she can turn this dive around.

Seriously dead Pub, which makes it OK for a quiet drink. Service is lacking a bit though.

Not a very nice pub at all. Dirty and distgusting. Couldn't even finish my pint. Wouldn't recomend this pub at all.

Note the spelling mistake in the actual naming of the place. Never a good start, like some bloody noise-hall. No beer. eugh.

Slowly becoming a popular watering hole for sydenhams younger generation, the two halves offers a relaxed atmosphere by day and is now being recognised as the place to be on a friday or saturday night due to its later open hours. Word of mouth seems to have given the place a burst of life with modern DJs' proving there is a huge demand for urban music locally. This is reflected in the rise in regulars weekly who are otherwise forced to travel as far as lewisham or further for the nearest M.O.B.O venue. With two pool tables, a chinese food counter, wide space for dancing, outdoor seating and lounge area, it has basically everything you'll need, if a little haphazardly put together, but none the less an enjoyable night out.
