Was the coolest place to go, enjoyed birthdays new years and always had a great time. A real gem in a dirt water town

Pub was always too smokey staff were rude especially at closing time,(Im sure it changed hands and the new lot ruined the place)not missing it at all.

It's true - the best pub in Palmers Green ever has been closed for over a year now. Evo Diablo - the resident band for two years were one of the best you would ever get to see in a pub and its a travesty that they didn't make it. The staff were great and the atmosphere was fantastic. Some of the other great bands to play there - namely The Short Tempers and Bedrock now play in the Fox, which is recently under new ownership and turning into a really cool place to drink.

Live bands Thursday - Saturday nights although on the 3 occasions I have been here it's been their resident band the "Rusty Sherriff's" - not the most catchy or original name but they are good at doing their set of cover versions.
Pub itself? Basic, studenty, lively, noisy, has a brilliant manager - late bar and lots of fun! Recommended for a good night out if you like live bands and late bars!
