Has improved it's range of real ales - Landlord (�2), London Pride (�1.75) and I think Bombardier (�1.93?). The landlord (and the service of it) was good.

now has 3 real ales - Bombardier, Boddies, Tetley. Has Sky and the food is good value.

Packed when i visited at 2.30 on a monday afternoon.
At �1.20 for a pint of gas you can`t complain too much, although all the facial jewellery on display was a little disconcerting.

This is quite a nice pub, good meeting place with it being next to the bus station and near the train station. However it must be avoided on a friday and saturday night between the hours of 7-9pm this is when all the townies arrive and bop to all the rubbish chart music before scurrying off to Visage for more bopping to chart music. Despite this time of night I would highly recommend popping in.
